2022 Is in the Books!
Everyone has remarked that this year was one of the fastest ever, and we agree! Nonetheless, it was a year full of new and exciting things for the shop. We saw the emergence of brands like Manto, Hagen shirts, Naadam cashmere, and Fundamental Coast. In our custom departments, our newest suit and formal manufacturer came through with lightning fast delivery dates. Ken’s private label exotic belt line, The Preston Royal sock, and our custom denim line all came to fruition as well.
Diane, our living angel in Baltimore, created over 150 handmade blankets that the haberdashers delivered to the children at Children’s Health Hospital. The Bill Hunt Memorial Scholarship award was presented at Garland High School in late May, and Ken’s participated at The American Heart Association’s Côtes du Coeur gala, the Black Tie Dinner, and many other charitable events around the city of Dallas.
Best of all, the haberdashers enjoyed serving our special loyalty clients, as well as the many new faces we met along the way. The relationships we build in the shop are what keep us going season after season, year after year.
2023 will be a very important year for us, as Ken’s celebrates its 30th anniversary at Preston Royal Village! The Preston Hollow sock was just the beginning of many wonderful ways we will celebrate.
