Haberdashery News – Thanksgiving 2025

Holiday Leather

Just in time for the holidays! Salvatore Sorrentino’s leather collection is stunning in design, thoughtful in organization, and simply amazing in attention to detail.

We have brought in wine carriers, briefcases, leather backpacks, and shoulder bags. Please drop in to see the newest colors and designs.

These are limited editions, so come in and choose yours before they’re gone!

It’s Back!

Our holiday book and toy drive for Texas Scottish Rite Hospital is back! Prior to 2020, each year we raised awareness and gathered donations for the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children (TSRH).

We are excited to bring back this tradition in 2025! Bring in an unwrapped toy or book for children up to the age of 18. Consider items that might be enjoyed by a child confined to a bed – games, toys, stuffed animals, and books are very much welcomed and appreciated!

Ken’s will be delivering your donations to TSRH the day after Christmas. The hospital distributes these to pediatric patients all year long, so you can be sure your gift will be enjoyed by a child in need of a little joy.

Another Resurrection

I heard through the grapevine that one of our old brands is back at it, and this is really exciting news! We had many great times with VK Nagrani. They were a brand that really pushed the envelope, and we still talk about some of their pieces to this day. The brand was sold, but the genius behind it is moving on to a new venture.

Vivek Nagrani is back in charge after many years redesigning and regrouping! Ken’s will be collaborating with him on many future projects together, including new styles for you, and charitable clothing projects.

This December, we are beginning exactly how we did last time: with socks! These new editions will be available at the haberdashery by mid-December. Each pair comes in a gorgeous box, which makes them perfect for wrapping up for the holidays.

Honoring our Veterans

Earlier this month we were invited by one of our great clients to attend the Folds of Honor North Texas Gala at ATT Stadium.

Over a thousand people were in attendance when the special guest, former President George W. Bush, walked out on stage for a fifteen-minute live interview with the founder of Folds of Honor. He has not lost any of his humor, wit, or memory!

The charity honors military members and first responders who have fallen or been disabled in the line of duty, by raising millions of dollars toward educational scholarships for their spouses and children.

Please be on the lookout for your Small Business Weekend offer from Ken’s. It will be redeemable the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving, as well as Monday, December 1st!

All of the haberdashers here at Ken’s feel very blessed, thanks to you.
